The transaction currency for purchases from crockpot is United States dollars (USD).

Accepted Credit and Debit Cards

We accept eligible credit or debit cards bearing the following card-network marks:

Card availability can depend on the issuing bank, region, and the options displayed at checkout. We do not represent that unlisted payment methods are enabled.

Authorization and Charges

When you submit an order, the payment provider may authorize the amount, verify card details, and perform fraud checks. An authorization can appear as pending before the final charge is completed. If authorization is declined, contact your card issuer or try another eligible card shown at checkout.

Billing Information

Provide an accurate cardholder name, billing address, card details, and contact information. An order may be delayed or canceled if required payment verification fails or the information cannot be validated.

Payment Security

Checkout and payment information are handled through Shopify and authorized payment processors using security controls designed for payment transactions. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We generally do not receive or store the full card number.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax and other legally required charges are calculated and collected according to applicable law and the delivery location. We do not promise that every order or jurisdiction is exempt from tax.

Refunds and Cancellations

An unshipped order may be canceled by contacting us promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, the bank or card issuer usually needs 5–10 business days to post it. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and return instructions.
